Okay. Before you all start buying stuff, here are a few rules that we'd like to share with you.

1) We'd appreciate it if you all don't back out last minute/MIA once you've placed an order. Please don't be a dead shopper either. This'll result in us having to blacklist you and we wouldn't want that, would we? (:

4) Deliveries will be available for free at tampines mrt station, bishan mrt station(on weekends), chua chu kang mrt station(on weekends) and nearby surrounding stations. Meetups any other stations will be charged at an extra $1~$2, $3 for other stations further than tanah merah mrt station(direction of boon lay) on weekdays. (Please be understanding... )

5) Please bring exact amount of money for payment.

6) We accept

- Cash on delivery
- Concealed cash (At buyer's own risk )

7)Reservations are permitted for a period of up to 1 week.

8)If more than 2 buyers are interested in a certain product, bidding will take place. (We'll try and get a decent stock so that this will not occur!

9) We provide postage. Registered postage is available at an extra charge of $1. 50 to $5 and normal postage is provided at $1. 50 to $3.00. (depending on the amounts of item you buy,) In the event that you are not there to receive the item when you request for registered postage occur, you are required to arrange for another date to collect your item from the nearest post office. A notification card will be slid under your door, so if this occurs, please check the floor just in front of your door. (:
